Community of HOPE Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences Centerstone is offering their HOPE Champions to facilitate free monthly one-hour virtual meetings for community partners, including foster parents, who want to take a deeper dive into implementing the Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences (HOPE) framework to promote Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs) for children.
