Centerstone Maternal Workforce Solutions Project is hosting upcoming Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction trainings. Join us for an engaging virtual training designed to help professionals better understand stress, improve well-being, and build practical mindfulness skills for everyday life.
This interactive virtual session will provide tools to promote balance, resilience, and self-care in the workplace while supporting a healthier and more mindful approach to daily challenges. *When you register, you will receive a MBSR resource shipped to you*
Training objectives include:
- Define Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and its core principles
- Recognize the impact of chronic stress on mental health, productivity, and well being
- Explore and discuss practical mindfulness strategies that can be integrated into daily practice
- Develop actionable steps to promote balance and self-care in daily work/life practice
