Community Networks
The Community Network Anchors Program is also creating a list of Community Networks serving our region. A Community Network is a team of local groups and organizations working together to help families thrive, stay healthy, and get support before a crisis happens. These can be things like coalitions, clubs, volunteer-run programs, and more that support families. Networks often bridge the gap between people and the help they need. With your help, we can create an accessible list for families to access the networks they need most!
