DESCRIPTION:Register For The Online Training\n*This session is intended for residents of Tennessee. \nRegister For The Online Training \n  \nSynopsis of Training:\nThis live training focuses on staff burnout\, compassion satisfaction\, resiliency skills\, and workplace supports for clinicians. Participants will learn about the drivers of burnout from an individual and systems perspective. Participants will also learn about finding a work/life balance and how they can utilize their own resiliency skills. This training qualifies for one hour of CE credit.
